I tried increasing the quality/range of my skin care products, decreasing, cutting things out of my diet, but I found that the breakouts particularly around my cheeks and forehead were relentless. I'd been doing some research on high frequency wands and LED masks for weeks after starting to struggle with worsening acne, particularly with cystic acne forming around my jaw line once a month (Yippee...) and I came across Luvia.
