Shipping

We are proud to offer shipping to over 160 countries worldwide. Depending on your location and product availability we ship from one of our many fulfillment centers located across North America, Europe, and Asia.

The shipping time consists of two sections: 

  • Processing Time: Verification of order details, sourcing, quality checks and packaging. All orders are usually dispatched from our warehouse within 24-72 hours after the order is placed and the payment is received. 
  • Shipping Time: The time taken to arrive to destination after dispatch from our warehouses. Estimates by region shown below.

USA / Canada: 3 - 10 business days

Australia: 4-12 business days

UK / France / Germany / Italy: 4-12 business days

Rest of Europe: 5-15 business days

Rest of World: 5-25 business days

 

ORDER & TRACKING

When you place your order, you will receive a Purchase Confirmation email confirming your Order # and purchase details. You can make changes to your shipping information the same day you placed your order by midnight. Your order will be processed for stocking, packing and shipping and this normally takes 1-3 business days. When this is completed, your will receive a Shipping Confirmation email.

Once your order has shipped, we will send you another Shipping Update email with your tracking number. To track your package, simply click on the link provided. Tracking information may not be available for the first couple of days after you receive your Shipping Update email. Several days may pass between tracking updates dependent on which Shipping Courier is handling the shipment. We assure you that this is normal and will not affect your expected delivery date.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

What is your cancellation policy?

You have 4 hours of the same day to cancel your order and receive a refund after your purchase. If you try to cancel your order after you received a Shipping Confirmation email, we will not be able to issue a refund as the item has already been packaged and shipped out to you and you will have to go through the return process once you receive your shipment.

What is the return policy?

Within 30 days of receiving your order if for any reason you don't like your product, please email us at support@shopluvia.com with the subject line "return" and we will process the return. We do not refund shipping cost and return shipping is paid by the buyer.

 

INVALID ADDRESS

If you entered the wrong address at checkout please reach out to support at support@shopluvia.com as soon as possible. Your address can be updated anytime before your order is shipped.If a change is requested after receiving your shipping confirmation, we will do our best to update the address, but we cannot guarantee success. Once the order is in transit to the incorrect address, we will provide all necessary tracking information, but it becomes the customer's responsibility to work with their country's courier to forward the package to the correct address. Please note that it is not our responsibility to refund customers for errors made in the provided shipping address.
