You've got the wand. Here's how to use it.
Everything you need for your first session and every one after it — the full video walkthrough, the four steps, and what each attachment is actually for.
In this guide
Read the whole guide and watch the video before your first use. It takes five minutes, and it is the difference between results and irritation.

Four rules before you switch it on.
High frequency is powerful, and that is the whole point. These four are the only hard limits — everything else on this page is technique.
Clean, dry skin only
Cleanse your face or scalp with a gentle cleanser and pat it completely dry. Water and leftover product both get in the way of the current.
Metal off
Take off rings, earrings, necklaces — anything metal anywhere near the area you're treating.
Never on broken skin
No open wounds, cuts or anything still bleeding. Wait until it has closed over, then treat as normal.
Not for everyone
Don't use the wand if you are pregnant, or if you have a pacemaker or any other electronic medical implant.
Step by step
The whole routine, start to finish.
Watch it once, then work through the four steps below.
The full tutorial — 4 minutes 41 seconds, with sound.
-
Step 1
Before use
Two things, and they take thirty seconds.
- Cleanse your skin or scalp with a gentle cleanser, then pat it completely dry.
- Dry your hands before you pick the wand up.
-
Step 2
Turning it on
Dial off first, head in second, power on last. In that order, every time.
- Turn the dial all the way off — you'll hear it click — then plug the wand straight into the wall.
- Choose your head. The attachment guide below tells you which one to use for what.
- Push the head in from its base, metal end down, until it seats. Never push on the glass.
- Turn the dial up until you hear it buzz. First time out, don't go past the second tick.
-
Step 3
Treatment
Finger on the glass, hover, release. That is the entire technique, and it is the part most people get wrong.
- Rest a finger on the glass head, about two inches up from the base.
- Hover the wand half an inch to an inch above the area — the current needs that gap to flow.
- Lift your finger off to start the current, and glide slowly around the area.
- After 3–5 seconds, put your finger back on the base of the head to stop it.
- Repeat 3–4 times per area.
-
Step 4
After care
Put the moisture back in, then wipe the head down.
- Face and neck: a hydrating, water-based moisturizer with hyaluronic acid. This is not optional — it is what stops the irritation.
- Hair: massage in a lightweight scalp serum or a few drops of essential oil.
- Wait 15 minutes before anything that can sting. Retinol especially.
- Don't micro-needle on a day you have used the wand.
- Wipe the electrode with a dry cloth or an alcohol wipe after every single use.
How long, how often
Less is more. Genuinely.
A couple of minutes does the work. Going longer will not clear you faster, it will only irritate the skin. For your first few sessions, use the lower number every time.
Acne — 2 to 5 minutes
Work the breakout areas in 3–5 second bursts. Thirty seconds is the maximum on any one spot.
Anti-aging and wrinkles — 3 to 5 minutes
Slow passes across the full face and neck, then a second pass anywhere you want firmer.
Hair growth and scalp — 3 to 7 minutes
Section the hair and work down to the scalp so the teeth make contact with skin, not just hair.
- 3–4 times a week
- Every other day at first
- Start on the lowest setting
- A tingle, never pain
Your attachments
Six heads. One for every job.
Each one is shaped for a different part of you. Swipe through for what it treats and how to use it.
Mushroom Electrode
Cheeks, forehead, jawline. Glide in slow circles, 10–20 seconds at a time, across the face and neck. Kills acne-causing bacteria, stimulates collagen, softens fine lines.
Bent Electrode (Oxidizer)
Individual pimples, cysts, blemishes. Hold it directly over the spot for 3–5 seconds at a time, 20 seconds maximum on any one pimple, then move on. This is the one for stubborn breakouts.
Spoon Electrode
Under-eyes, fine lines, crow's feet. Tap lightly under the eye and glide along fine lines to lift circulation and drive collagen. Lowest setting only — this skin is the thinnest on your face.
Rod Tube
Arms, legs, back, torso. Glide slowly across larger areas of the body to soften scars and stretch marks by driving skin cell regeneration and collagen production.
Neck Tube
Jawline, neck, décolletage. Sweep along the contours of the jaw and neck, 10–20 seconds at a time, to firm and sculpt. Helps lymphatic drainage and sagging skin.
Comb Electrode
Scalp and hairline. Glide down from the scalp with the teeth of the comb touching skin. Boosts circulation, wakes dormant follicles and speeds new growth.
